Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must call at least 24 hours before your appointment and your deposit will either be refunded or pushed for a future appointment. However, providing less than 24 hours notice have to pay $100 cancellation fee.

In cases of genuine emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, the cancellation or no-show fees might be waived.

Lateness Policy

We’ve set aside dedicated time for your appointment, so please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we might need to reschedule, and the full fee will still apply.

No-Show Policy

You will be considered a no-show if you miss your scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice or arriving excessively late beyond the grace period. Your deposit will be forfeited.

Pregnancy

To ensure the safety and comfort of clients we follow a pregnancy policy.

Minor Policy

To ensure our clients are comfortable and safe, minors are required to have a guardian present when signing a consent form and during consultation.

Inappropriate Behaviour

We hope you have the most relaxing and enjoyable experience. For the safety of staff, there is a zero-tolerance policy on drugs and alcohol. The staff has the right to cancel treatments due to any inappropriate behavior.

What are the risks and warnings of peel facials?

Skin can experience increased sensitivity, so it's advisable to avoid certain Peel Facials if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, have sensitive or broken skin, or if you're using retinoids like Retin-A (including Accutane). Additionally, it's recommended to refrain from waxing a few days before and after getting a facial.

How often can I get Peel Facials?

Every four weeks or as recommended by your professional therapist.
